That unhurried time after eating is called la sobretaula, and it’s more than a tradition—it’s part of the Mediterranean lifestyle, one of the healthiest diets in the world. Expect an intimate evening with a secret seasonal menu, paired with Catalan wines, and a unique touch—Alba and Úrsula will join the table after the meal for La Sobretaula itself. Slow down.
